What I’m working on.

The main focus of my present research with Sheffield Robotics includes:

• The social impact of robotics, virtual reality, teleoperation and other emerging technologies
• The cultural history of technology, with particular interest in our attitudes towards robots, and our transhumanist dreams
• Responsible research and innovation
